Successive 1-0 wins have lifted West Ham away from the Premier League relegation zone and the Hammers’ revival could gather pace this evening with a League Cup victory at home to Chelsea.

Slaven Bilic has promised to field his strongest side and a high-tempo Hammers performance may be sufficient to knock Chelsea off their stride.

Chelsea have looked a more accomplished side since Antonio Conte switched to a back three but there are going to be changes in personnel at the London Stadium as the Blues manager offers game time to some of his fringe players.
