Goals galore as all 20 Premier League teams score to land 444-1 accumulator
Arsenal draw 2-2 at Manchester United
Charlie Austin's consolation goal for Southampton at Wembley will have mattered little to those who don't bet on both teams to score but it will go down as the moment of the season for anyone who was waiting on Saints to land a huge accumulator.
Nineteen teams had already notched across the midweek round of Premier League matches before Austin completed the set in a 3-1 defeat at Tottenham, bringing up a 444-1 multiple with bet365.
"We've no idea on the exact amount lost until tomorrow but plenty of recreational punters will have won big on the accumulator" said Coral's John Hill, although bet365's Steve Freeth was in more philosophical mood.
He said: "It would have been worse had more of the favourites won but we had a big helping hand from Newcastle getting a point at Everton and Wolves beating Chelsea."
Liverpool are 4-1 from 9-2 with Betfair and Paddy Power to win the Premier League after coming from behind to beat Burnley 3-1 to move back to within two points of 2-9 favourites Manchester City.
Jack Cork put Burnley ahead only for James Milner to swiftly equalise. Roberto Firmino gave Liverpool a 2-1 advantage and Xherdan Shaqiri made sure of the victory for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Chelsea, who lost 2-1 at Wolves, dropped down to fourth with Tottenham up to third. Arsenal are fifth following a 2-2 draw at Manchester United.
Twice Arsenal led, first through Shkodran Mustafi and then Alexandre Lacazette but on both occasions United were quick to respond with Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard on target at Old Trafford.
Spurs are 4-11 for a top-four finish, Chelsea can be backed at 2-5 with Arsenal at 11-10. United are out to 15-2.
Rock-bottom Fulham drew 1-1 with Leicester and are evens to be relegated.
