Frustrated Reds can cut loose against Burton

Liverpool were left hugely frustrated after failing to break through a massed Burnley defence on Saturday but they can respond with a victory in a much more open game at Burton in the EFL Cup second round.

It was a case of attack versus defence at Turf Moor and defence was the clear winner as Burnley grabbed a 2-0 victory despite firing in just three shots to Liverpool’s 26.
