Manchester United v Real Sociedad

Manchester United's season has turned around in the last few weeks and, with Erik ten Hag having a deep squad, they should have too much for their Spanish opponents, who have lacked a cutting edge since Alexander Isak was sold to Newcastle.

Lazio v Feyenoord

Lazio lost to Napoli at the weekend but that was the first defeat of a strong start to the Serie A season and the Eagles should have too much for Feyenoord, who have suffered summer departures and look weaker than the team who lost in last season's Conference League final.

Freiburg v Qarabag

A blistering start to the season has taken Freiburg to the top of the Bundesliga and they should have few problems taking that form on to the European stage and seeing off their visitors from Azerbaijan.

Omonia Nicosia v Sheriff

Sheriff defied expectations to reach the group stage of the Champions League last season, but they limped past Armenian side Pyunik in the qualifiers and the Moldovans look up against it at Omonia as the home side have not lost in their last ten games on their own patch.
