Stubborn Swiss can sail through to the knockout rounds

Day 13 of the World Cup features the finale of the group stage with teams in Groups G and H jostling for a place in the knockout stage.

Serbia take on Switzerland in a vital contest and there will be just as much at stake in the grudge match between old World Cup rivals Ghana and Uruguay.

Racing Post football expert Dan Childs has put together a 12-1 fourfold and all bets must be placed by 3pm on Friday.

Dan Childs has picked:

Portugal to beat South Korea

Both teams to score in Ghana v Uruguay

Switzerland to beat Serbia

Brazil to beat Cameroon

South Korea v Portugal

Portugal have secured knockout stage qualification but they will be keen to wrap up top spot in Group H and can finish the job at the expense of South Korea, who may not have fully recovered from Monday's dramatic 3-2 loss to Ghana.

Ghana v Uruguay

Uruguay have not scored in their opening two matches but they will have to be more adventurous against Ghana and their change of mindset should contribute to a decent contest with goals looking likely for both teams.

Switzerland v Serbia

Switzerland have conceded just one goal in their opening two matches and their defensive nous can lay the foundation for victory over Serbia, who have not performed anywhere near expectations.

Cameroon v Brazil

Brazil head coach Tite is preparing to ring the changes but even his second string should be far too strong for Cameroon, who are likely to bow out of the competition.
