Two all-National League ties catch the eye as the FA Trophy reaches the first-round proper stage. Chesterfield and Notts County met in a League Two fixture as recently as March 2018 but on Saturday they clash in a last-64 derby.

The Magpies are without a win in five games but they can get the better of a Chesterfield side who are second-bottom in the table and have league survival as their main priority.

Hartlepool were one of the midweek headline-makers in the FA Cup as they knocked out League Two Exeter.

But Pools could though come unstuck at Wetherby Road against Harrogate. Simon Weaver is doing a great job at Harrogate and has them in the playoff places. They have a formidable home record, having only lost twice all season, and should progress.

Punters looking for an upset could consider Hemel Hempstead Town and their away match against Maidenhead United.
Hemel made it all the way through to the last 16 of this competition last season, claiming the scalp of National League side Eastleigh on the way.

Maidenhead are mid-table in the National League but manager Alan Devonshire will be concerned at their home form, which has seen them pick up just two wins. They look vulnerable favourites.
