Even with PSV's juggernaut reputation in the Eredvisie, punters may be wary of lumping on the Eindhoven club against the one side who have inflicted defeat on them in the league this campaign.

The hosts boast 18 wins from 22 matches and an eye-watering goal difference of plus 58 but they failed to assert their superiority in their last meeting with the Rotterdammers.

They were 2-0 down by half-time in that clash and Steven Bergwijn's goal 18 minutes from time proved nothing more than a consolation.

But PSV have a perfect home record in the division, with 11 wins from 11 games, 43 goals scored and just three conceded.

That run has included a comprehensive 3-0 win over their closest challengers Ajax and they held Tottenham and ran Barcelona and Inter close in slender defeats at the Philips Stadion in the Champions League group phase.

By contrast Feyenoord have won just three of their 11 league matches on the road, having lost each of their last three to Groningen, Excelsior and Zwolle.

PSV are a skinny price for victory but there could be value in backing PSV-PSV double result. The hosts have notched in the first half in their last five league games at home.

Recommendation
PSV-PSV double result
