Milan v Spal

7.30pm

Milan's drab draw at second-bottom Frosinone last time out was the fourth game on the spin in which they failed to score and their attacking struggles could be highlighted once more against Spal.

Milan are the lowest scorers in the top-half of the table, while Spal have fired blanks in eight of their 18 league games, and at 11-1 a bore draw could prove the value call.

Three of Milan's last four league games have finished goalless.

Napoli v Bologna

5pm

Napoli could not capitalise on Juventus's stalemate away to Atalanta on Wednesday but they can round the year off with maximum points at home to Bologna.

Carlo Ancelotti's men suffered a 1-0 defeat to Inter courtesy of a 91st-minute Lautaro Martinez strike last time out in a match which saw two of their players sent off.

Both Kalidou Koulibaly and Lorenzo Insigne were shown red against the Milan side, meaning Ancelotti will be forced into changes at both ends of the pitch.

But Napoli's stellar squad depth means they will have no problem downing a Bologna side without a league win since September's 2-1 triumph over Udinese.

The visitors have failed to find the net in each of their last three matches and Filippo Inzaghi is struggling to find a winning formula in the final third.

Napoli have had no such trouble, and only Roma (24 goals) have netted more on home soil than the Blues (20 goals). Prolific Pole Arkadiusz Milik has four league goals this month.

The hosts have been equally formidable at the back, keeping three successive league clean sheets before the Inter game and boasting the third-best back line in the division.

Juventus v Sampdoria

11.30am

Juventus dropped points for just the second time this season in Wednesday's 2-2 draw at Atalanta and could be involved in another entertaining encounter when they host a confident Sampdoria.

The visitors travel to Turin in a rich vein of form - they have claimed 13 points from their last five games - and they have the attacking qualities to at least make their presence felt.

Aaron Ashley's recommendation
Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals
1pt 17-10 Coral, BoyleSports

Key stat
Sampdoria have scored two goals or more in each of their last five matches.
