Connah's Quay v Edinburgh: Scottish Challenge Cup betting preview and tip
Nomads set to make history
TV: S4C, 7.25pm Saturday
It is a battle of the table-toppers as Ladbrokes League Two leaders Edinburgh travel 500 miles to take on Connah's Quay, who sit at the Welsh Premier League summit, for a place in the Scottish Challenge Cup final.
The Welsh outfit are bidding to become the first non-Scottish side to make the final in the competition's history and will be buoyed by wins over Edinburgh's divisional rivals Queen's Park and Championship outfit Falkirk.
Edinburgh required penalties to see off Alloa and could struggle to contain the free-scoring Nomads who, in the words of their coach Andy Morrison, have been "formidable" at home, where they have ten wins from 12 games in the league.
