It is dangerous to place too much faith in early-season form but at the prices Fulham are worth backing to inflict a third straight defeat on Garry Monk’s Leeds.

The Cottagers kicked off the Sky Bet Championship campaign with a shock, but well-deserved, victory over ante-post favourites Newcastle and they followed up with a 2-1 win at Preston on Saturday.

Despite losing Moussa Dembele and Ross McCormack – their two leading scorers last season – Fulham’s attacking unit has made a promising start. Sone Aluko and Matt Smith have shared their three goals in the league while back-up striker Cauley Woodrow scored twice in a 3-2 League Cup win at Leyton Orient.
