and come out firing in this Lancashire derby at Sky Bet League Two strugglers Accrington in the EFL Cup second round.

Premier League survival is the main objective for Sean Dyche’s Clarets but they would like to improve in the domestic cups, having made little progress last season, losing 1-0 at Port Vale in a League Cup first round tie and 2-1 at Arsenal in the FA Cup fourth round.
