Nottingham Forest v Ipswich

3pm Saturday

There are two ways of looking at Nottingham Forest's astonishing 5-5 draw at Aston Villa - the defending was dreadful but the attacking was outstanding and the result was still a positive for the Tricky Trees given that they were reduced to ten men after 68 minutes.

Defensively, Forest had been excellent prior to the trip to Villa Park, conceding once in five matches, and some of their recent results include wins over Middlesbrough and Sheffield United so Aitor Karanka's team are clearly improving.

Ipswich, bottom with five defeats in their last seven games, could be on the end of a beating at the City Ground.

Recommendation
Nottingham Forest -0.75 on Asian handicap

Frosinone v Cagliari

2pm Sunday

Even the worst football matches can provide punting opportunities and this Serie A clash between two of the worst teams in Italy is one such occasion with Frosinone being underrated.

Frosinone were thumped at Inter last week, but before that they had played pretty well to go four matches unbeaten, thumping Spal 3-0 and drawing with Fiorentina along the way.

Cagliari are missing key players and don't win often enough - they have just three Serie A victories this season - to be going off as favourites away from home.

Recommendation
Frosinone +0.25 on Asian handicap
1pt 16-19 188Bet
