Champions League playoffs preview

Having ended their 38-year wait for a Turkish top-flight title last season, Trabzonspor are now looking to reach the Champions League group stage for the first time since 2011-12.

And going into the first leg of their playoff tie with Copenhagen, they can draw confidence from the fact that the Danes have started the Superliga season with three defeats in five games, including a 3-1 loss at home to Randers last time out.

Former Copenhagen man Andreas Cornelius has done a fine job leading the Trabzonspor attack since joining last year, while the signings of Marc Bartra, Enis Bardhi and Trezeguet represent great business. They are worth selecting in the draw-no-bet market.

Norwegians Bodo/Glimt were one of the main talking points in last year's Europa Conference League, making the quarter-finals and beating Roma, AZ Alkmaar and Celtic.

They scored 25 goals in 12 games in the competition and their Champions League playoff first leg with forward-thinking Dinamo Zagreb could also be a high-scoring game. Back over 2.5 goals.
