Paris St-Germain came up short against Liverpool in their Group C opener but it will come as a huge surprise if the French giants fail to record a victory over Red Star.

The Belgrade boys earned a creditable draw against Napoli to claim a point that many thought might be beyond them but stopping PSG at the Parc des Princes is likely to prove an even tougher ask.

Thomas Tuchel’s team are once again looking irresistible in France, winning eight straight Ligue 1 matches and scoring 27 goals in the process, and there is no reason to oppose them despite long odds-on quotes.

The best way to get involved could be in backing the second half to contain the most goals.

Red Star’s organisation was key to their qualification and was further emphasised as they held Napoli in Belgrade – it could take time for PSG’s class to tell.
