Don't expect fireworks from draw specialists Valencia

Young Boys will try to keep it tight at the back

Stalemate specialists Valencia took a point from their trip to Manchester United on matchday two, following up with a 1-1 draw with Barcelona in La Liga.

Those were creditable results given the opposition but the club’s fans will surely demand a more positive approach on the trip to Switzerland to take on Young Boys.

Even Jose Mourinho’s misfiring United eased to a 3-0 victory in Bern and Juventus won by the same margin in Turin on matchday two.

But before punters leap to hoover up odds-against quotes about Valencia, it’s worth noting that Los Che have won only one of their 11 games in all competitions this term – a 1-0 win at Real Sociedad in which they had only two shots on target.

Young Boys’ Swiss league games are full of goals but this could be a tighter affair against the cautious visitors.

One or both teams not to score
