BT Sport Extra, 8pm Tuesday

Last season’s semi-finalists are under pressure to get points on the board and Roma should do just that in style against Czech champions Viktoria Plzen.

There had been speculation Eusebio Di Francesco was on the verge of the sack before Roma beat city rivals Lazio 3-1 on Saturday, a result which will have lifted morale no end.

It was far from a perfect performance, particularly defensively, but Roma got the job done and they also put four past Frosinone last week.

That clean sheet was only Roma’s second of the season and the Wolves were breached three times by Real Madrid on matchday one.

Plzen are no Real Madrid, although they did score twice in a draw with CSKA Moscow two weeks ago.

However, they have lost their last two away games by an aggregate of 7-0 against Slavia (4-0) and Jablonec (3-0).

Recommendation
Roma to win & over 2.5 goals
1pt 5-6 general
