Paris St-Germain are the 7-2 favourites to be the top-scoring team in this week's Champions League knockout matches but the French champions could have their work cut out in front of Borussia Dortmund's famous Yellow Wall.

Lucien Favre's attacking juggernauts are locked in a high-octane battle for the Bundesliga title this season, netting 63 goals in only 22 games, and they have not lost at the Signal Iduna Park in the league this term.

Boasting a plethora of forward-thinking midfielders, Die Schwarzgelben now have the player to finish off their swift, passing moves in Norwegian starlet Erling Haaland, who has netted eight Bundesliga goals despite only joining in January.

But this Dortmund team are about the collective and, under the stewardship of meticulous Favre, they should have the resolve to keep out a PSG side at risk of complacency given their comfortable advantage at the top of Ligue 1.

The German side held Barcelona and beat Inter – two sides vying for the title in their respective countries – at home in the Champions League group stage and their crop of youngsters play without fear.

Dortmund have started 2020 with a bang, becoming the first Bundesliga club in history to score five goals in three consecutive matches, before wiping the floor with Eintracht Frankfurt 4-0 last time out.

PSG will be a tough prospect back in the French capital but on their own turf Dortmund can be impenetrable and they look overpriced to take a first-leg lead.
