Liverpool 13-2 to retain European crown
Bookmakers are struggling to separate Chelsea and Ajax in the betting to win Champions League Group H after the sides played out a pulsating 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge.
Frank Lampard's men and the Dutch club are both 11-8 to top their section, with Valencia 7-2, after the Blues fought back from 4-1 down to earn a point against an Ajax side reduced to nine men.
Chelsea lost Mason Mount to injury after 60 minutes and the midfielder could miss England's final two Euro 2020 qualifiers against Montenegro and Kosovo.
Liverpool are 13-2 to win the Champions League after moving top of Group E on nine points with a 2-1 win over Genk.
Georginio Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain both found the net for the Reds, who are a general 1-4 to win their group.
