Bohemians primed to end Cork's title aspirations
Bohs are thriving at present
From 7.35pm Friday
Bohemians can end Cork City’s title interests by beating the champions at Dalymount on Friday.
The Gypsies’ stunning run of form has seen them win six on the bounce without conceding and they are creating ample chances at the other end, with Daniel Kelly coming in and Dinny Corcoran returning to form.
Bohs are thriving at present and while their record against Cork isn’t that encouraging, they were competitive against City when they clashed at Dalymount earlier in the season.
Cork, meanwhile, appear nowhere near as solid as they were at the start of the campaign and they look uncharacteristically vulnerable at the back.
In contrast Bohs are full of belief. Their defence has tightened up and they should give as good as they get in midfield.
This weekend’s other Premier Division games make limited appeal with Shamrock Rovers and Waterford United short prices for their home games. In Saturday's clash, bookmakers are struggling to split Sligo Rovers and St Patrick’s.
