WSL title-chasers Arsenal are hot favourites to boost their hopes with victory over Reading on Wednesday and it could pay to keep an eye on Dutch striker Vivianne Miedema.
This should be a much more comfortable evening for the Gunners than the goalless draw they played out with Chelsea in their last league game, and Miedema should be ready to go after being an unused substitute in the Gunners' 4-0 FA Cup win over Liverpool at the weekend.
The 25-year-old has netted eight goals this season, which is a surprisingly low tally from 15 appearances for a player who has been one of the top strikers in the league over the last few seasons.
However, Reading will be anxious about facing her as she has netted a total of 11 goals in her last six appearances against them and she can set the ball rolling with the first goal in Wednesday's clash.
The Royals lost 4-0 to Arsenal in the reverse fixture in September - Miedema scored twice - and they are in for a difficult night at Boreham Wood.
