Form
Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 11 Premier League matches after starting the Unai Emery revolution with successive defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea.

No team are overachieving more on expected goals than Arsenal but third-placed Spurs are next in that table, so both could be heading for a fall in the near future.

Tottenham have not played well for much of this season but they were sensational when seeing off Chelsea 3-1 at Wembley last week in their best performance by a distance and followed that with a solid 1-0 win over Inter.

Tactical battle
This used to be seen as a goal-crazy encounter but eight of the last ten Premier League meetings have finished with under 2.5 goals and just 20 goals have been scored in total during that period.

The balance of power has shifted towards Spurs, who have finished above their neighbours in the last two campaigns, with Mauricio Pochettino losing only one of his eight Premier League derbies against Arsene Wenger.

However, now it is Emery in the Emirates dugout and the quick tempo Tottenham have used to unsettle Arsenal may not by quite so influential as the Gunners get ready to meet fire with fire.

Spurs are unlikely to make many changes from the Chelsea win, but Emery needs to decide whether to stick by the three-man defence he used in the triumph at Bournemouth last week, which did not suit benched playmaker Mesut Ozil.

Team news
Arsenal took a shadow squad to Ukraine for Thursday's Europa League tie so his main men will be fresh and Alexandre Lacazette has returned to training. Nacho Monreal is out. Spurs are missing Victor Wanyama, Mousa Dembele and Davinson Sanchez.

Verdict
Three of the past four derbies have finished 1-1 and in two of those Spurs were pegged back after half-time, which could point to a punt on Tottenham-Draw in the double-result market at 14-1, particularly as Arsenal have been slow starters. Draw 1-1.

Key stat
Arsenal have scored in 45 of the last 47 derbies and lost just once at home to Tottenham in their last 28 clashes at the Emirates or Highbury.

The Gunners have not been ahead at half-time in any Premier League match this term.

Tottenham are the only team not to have drawn a game in this season's Premier League.

Spurs have scored in 29 of their last 30 away matches.
