Preview

Chelsea and Arsenal have been going toe-to-toe for Women's Super League supremacy all season and on Sunday the London rivals clash for a place in the final of the Women's FA Cup.

Only one point separates these teams in the Women's Super League standings and they have been tough to split all season, yet bookmakers favour Chelsea in this weekend's cup encounter.

The Blues are evens to beat Arsenal but the Gunners have home advantage at Meadow Park and have also fared better in head-to-heads this season.

The last meeting between the sides finished 0-0 in February but Arsenal prevailed 3-2 on the opening day of the season in September.

And although Chelsea have been smashing apart recent opponents, beating Reading 5-0, Leicester 9-0 and Birmingham 5-0, Arsenal are a cut above all of those sides.

Arsenal's defensive resilience deserves more credit - they are yet to concede in this season's FA Cup and have shipped only ten times in 18 league fixtures this season.

And for that reason, they are worth chancing to avoid defeat in this contest as they look to keep alive their hopes of a domestic double this campaign.
