Lawrence Shankland can celebrate his Scotland call-up at Alloa as the Dundee United bandwagon rolls on.

Scotland boss Steve Clarke this week rewarded the former Ayr United goal machine with an international squad place even though he plays in the Ladbrokes Championship.

United made a move for him when he was out of contract last season and after scoring 15 goals already this term, it looks as if he could lead them almost single-handedly to the title.
