Raymond van Barneveld fancied to leave Chizzy feeling dizzy

It's the second round of double-in in Dublin and it could pay to anticipate some upsets in the World Grand Prix on Tuesday evening.

Dave Chisnall kicks things off as an underdog against Raymond van Barneveld but the Dutchman could be worth following. Chizzy has been in pretty poor form in recent weeks, finishing bottom of his Paddy Power Champions League group and winning just 12 of the 42 legs he contested in that competition.

The St Helens man can score with the best chuckers in the game but his doubling often leaves much to be desired and a 2-0 win over Max Hopp in the first round was flattering.

Van Barneveld doesn't have the best record in this event but he's pretty reliable on doubles and took care of in-form Ricky Evans in his opening Dublin contest.

Daryl Gurney is sure to have the crowd on his side against Ron Meulenkamp but the Dutchman looks a nice price for an upset.

Meulenkamp got past a below-par Joe Cullen last time out and while it was far from a spectacular display, the Bomb tends to heat up as tournaments progress.

Gurney hasn't been in the best of nick and could struggle to live up to the audience's expectations.

Michael van Gerwen is capable of sublime darts but Darren Webster can cause MVG more problems than the layers believe.

Webster is a relentless scorer and a reliable tops-hitter. The Demolition Man produced the performance of the first round when hammering Stephen Bunting 2-0 and while he faces a much tougher test against MVG it's not an insurmountable one.

Van Gerwen hasn't been anywhere near his best and while he may well blow Webster away, he's worth opposing at the price.
