What is the PDC Home Tour?
The PDC announced a new event to keep sport rolling during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Home Tour event starts on Friday, April 17 and will be streamed on bookmaker websites and features a host of big names.
Each session starts at 7.30 and will see four stars do battle in nightly round-robin groups which are played over the best-of-nine legs. The 32 group winners will progress through to the next phase.
Thursday's PDC Home Tour Group 21 preview
Group 21 of the PDC Home Tour promises to be the most competitive yet with a former world champion, double world youth title holder and two emerging talents all toeing the oche.
World number four Rob Cross, who memorably won the world title on his first attempt in 2018, is the headline act but Voltage will need to be at full power if he is to justify favouritism.
Cross beat Belgian ace Dimitri van den Bergh in a pulsating Ally Pally quarter-final en route to becoming world champion and the two-time world youth king should make his presence felt again against Cross.
One thing that may count against Van Bergh is that he tends to produce his best on the big stage and can struggle in the quiet of floor events but that looks to be factored into the odds.
Scottish youngster William Borland and Czech Republic number one Karel Sedlacek make up the quartet.
Sedlacek takes the place of Dutchman Derk Telnekes, who has withdrawn for family reasons. His wife is a healthcare worker in the Netherlands and her shift pattern was changed at short notice.
