West Indies v England: day two, lunch

Lunch scorecard England 277 (Stokes 79, Roach 4-48) lead West Indies 2-0 by 275 runs.

Best prices 13-5 West Indies, 8-15 England, 15-2 draw.

England staved off the threat of a batting collapse on the first day of the third Test in St Lucia but they lost six wickets for just 46 runs on the second morning of the match.

Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes's unbroken stand of 124 for the fifth wicket meants England had started the day as 4-11 favourites at 231-4 with bookmakers offering 10-11 that they passed 400 in their first innings.

The tourists came nowhere near that mark, however, as Buttler (67) was bowled by Shannon Gabriel and Stokes brilliantly caught by wicketkeeper Shane Dowrich for 79.

Kemar Roach then ripped through the tail as England lost their last four wickets for seven runs before the home openers reached lunch unscathed at 2-0 off three overs.

Sky Bet expect the West Indies to struggle to build a commanding lead on a fiery wicket in Gros Islet. The firm go 5-2 that the Windies reach 300.
