The West Indies are 400-1 shots to complete a series whitewash over England after Joe Root's men set the hosts 485 to win before ripping through their top-order batsmen.
Root led by example in the number four spot, pushing his total up to 122 in the day's opening session, with Ben Stokes reaching 48.
A frustrated Shannon Gabriel dislodged England's skipper, who declared on 361, before England made a statement of intent with the ball.
Mark Wood was the star of the first innings with a five-wicket haul but it was James Anderson who starred this time around, picking off Kraigg Brathwaite (eight), John Campbell and Darren Bravo (both ducks). Anderson is evens with Sky Bet to take five or more wickets in the Test.
Chase and Hetmyer are at the crease heading into lunch and are both 2-1 to top score for the Windies. Bet365 rate them 4-1 and 3-1 shots respectively to reach the half-century mark.
Sky Bet offer 4-7 that the Test will finish in day four's second session, 1-8 that it finishes on day four and 5-1 on day five.
