Team news

West Indies
The Windies have named an unchanged 13-man squad for the second Test.

England
Ollie Robinson is set to return after missing the first Test and will replace the injured Mark Wood (elbow), while Saqib Mahmood may also come in with Chris Woakes or Craig Overton likely to make way.

Second Test preview

Consistency at the crease has evaded England's Test side for some time but respectable totals of 311 and 349 helped them earn a gritty draw in their first Test match with the West Indies in Antigua.

The latest top-order experiment of Alex Lees and Zak Crawley looked like falling flat on its face when the pair combined for only 12 runs in their first innings.

But England recovered courtesy of a knock of 140 from Jonny Bairstow, an improved 121 from Crawley in the second innings and 109 from Joe Root.

Instead, it was in the bowling department England struggled in the second innings, failing to bowl out the Windies to secure the first Test and there could be more disruption to their attack before the second Test at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.

Ollie Robinson missed the first Test but could come in for the injured Mark Wood this time, while there are doubts surrounding the involvement of Craig Overton and Saqib Mahmood.

But one bowler fairly assured of a spot is spinner Jack Leach, who did well in tricky conditions to take five wickets in the first match.

He has now taken 39 wickets in his last ten England Tests and looks worth backing at a shade of odds-on to take two or more wickets.

England showed promise in the first Test but are still best swerved in the match markets given they have managed one win in their last 15 matches in the format.

Instead, a decent secondary bet could be Kraigg Brathwaite to top-score for the hosts.

Brathwaite is the kind of reliable opener England could do with - he struck 55 and 33 in the first Test and his four first-innings scores before this series were 97, four, 41 and 72.

He is in a good position to capitalise on England's unsettled attack and can get the Windies off to a decent start.
