BT Sport 2, 8am Saturday

Sydney Thunder are on the fringes of a semi-final spot in the Big Bash with two games remaining and they are quoted at a shade of odds-against to beat rivals Sydney Sixers.

Thunder are one point off the top four in the division after losing twice to Melbourne Renegades either side of a clash with Perth Scorchers, which they won in the final over.

Sixers are in the semi-final places courtesy of a fierce bowling attack comprising Sean Abbott (18 wickets), Steve O'Keefe (17 wickets) and Tom Curran (16 wickets) but Thunder have an in-form player at the crease.

While the likes of skipper Shane Watson and Anton Devcich have faltered in recent encounters, Callum Ferguson has soared up the top scorer rankings, amassing a total of 369 runs this term.

His last three innings have seen him put on 28, 113 not out and 52 and he looks a value bet to finish the Thunder's top runscorer in a crucial match.

While Abbott, O'Keefe and Curran have taken plenty of wickets, none of them feature in the top ten economy rates in the Big Bash and Ferguson can capitalise on any lacklustre performances with the ball.
