Third T20 preview

Sri Lanka gained compensation for last month's ODI series defeat by Pakistan by securing victory in the pair's T20 series with a match to spare on Monday.

Bhanuka Rajapaksa anchored the tourists' batting card with 77 from 48 balls in just his second match for his country.

The 27-year-old has made a promising start to his international career with that fifty following a more measured 32 on his debut in the first T20 contest.

Rajapaksa's ability to score in the powerplay overs - he scored 24 off 11 balls in the first six overs on Monday - is a big find for the Lions, who struggled for runs in this summer's World Cup.

With Sri Lanka electing to rest a number of their regulars in the series, Rajapaksa has moderate opposition in their top runscorer market so it could pay to stick with the man in form.
