Pakistan have gone down to a pair of narrow defeats in their three-match T20 series in South Africa, losing by six runs in Cape Town and seven runs at the Wanderers, but they can salvage some pride by winning the final match at Centurion.

It has been a disappointing six weeks for Pakistan, who lost the Test series 3-0 and the ODI series 3-2.

But the teams have looked well matched in white-ball cricket and Pakistan will want to get back to the high standards which underpinned victories in their previous 11 T20 series.

Talented batsman Babar Azam was outstanding for them in the defeat at the Wanderers, scoring 90 runs in 58 balls, and he made a promising 38 in the first match at Cape Town before he was run out.

Another strong contribution from the 24-year-old opener could set the tone at the top of the innings and help Pakistan to finish their tour on a positive note.
