Kings XI Punjab are loving life under Ravichandran Ashwin with four IPL wins out of five and are tempting at 8-11 to beat hosts Delhi Daredevils for a second time in this campaign.

Lokesh Rahul hit the fastest-ever IPL fifty (16 balls) when Kings XI prevailed by six wickets in game two in Mohali and made 47 in a last-over loss to Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Since then Chris Gayle has gone through the gears for his latest franchise with scores of 63, 104 not out and 62 not out in victories over Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders.

However, it is far from a two-man Kings XI show and skipper Ashwin is worth a wager to get 25 or more performance points for a third time this campaign.

Twenty points are awarded for each wicket and the supreme off-spinner, with a multitude of variations, has claimed five scalps this term with a best haul of 2-30. Twirlers have taken two or more wickets four times against Delhi this term.

Ten points are awarded for each catch and Ashwin is a much-underrated fielder with sharp reflexes.

One point is awarded for each run, and over the last few years Ashwin has moved from an annoying all-rounder into a fully-fledged lower-order batsman.

He made 33 in the RCB-defeat and can go well again if called upon at the crease.
