Sky Cricket, 6.30pm Tuesday

Rain has had the final say in three of Glamorgan’s last five matches in the T20 Blast but the Welsh side should get the chance to shine against Gloucestershire in Bristol.

The forecast looks promising for a clash between the teams who finished first and second in the South Group last summer and it looks an intriguing contest between Gloucestershire’s canny bowling attack and Glamorgan’s in-form batsmen.

The hosts are unbeaten after a tie with Middlesex and two wins over Kent, who stumbled from 68-2 to 130 all out to lose by eight runs at Canterbury.

But Gloucestershire may not find Glamorgan’s middle-order such a soft touch with South Africa-born Colin Ingram, Jacques Rudolph and Chris Cooke playing some thrilling innings in the Blast this season.

Ingram has been particularly spectacular, scoring centuries to propel his side to high-scoring wins over Sussex and Essex, and he is not the only destructive South African left-hander for Gloucestershire to worry about.

David Miller, who smashed an unbeaten 72 off 46 balls for Yorkshire in the 2012 T20 final, should make his debut for Glamorgan and the visitors are value to take the points.

There are three matches in the North Group with Notts no bigger than 4-9 to win at Durham, who have lost four out of four.
