Sri Lanka have lost their last six Twenty20 internationals against Pakistan and their under-strength side are 3-1 to end that run with victory in Lahore.

The three-match series follows a 2-0 success for Pakistan in the one-dayers and the Lankans, captained by Dasun Shanaka for the T20 leg of the tour, are missing several senior players due to security concerns.

The tourists' inexperienced squad makes it hard to predict their batting order with great confidence but Shehan Jayasuriya may play a prominent role after impressing in the ODIs so the 10-1 that he top-scores looks worth a punt.

The left-hander started his T20 international career at number three, scoring 40 against Pakistan and 36 and 30 against the West Indies in his first three innings in 2015.

He returned to the side against New Zealand last month, smacking 20 off 13 balls in Pallekele, and his classy 96 in the second ODI against Pakistan may well earn him a promotion in the T20 team.
