Pakistan were impressive in winning the first match of the four-Test series at Lord’s but England are evens favourites in Manchester after the return from injury of James Anderson and Ben Stokes.

They could be joined in the 11 by leg spinner Adil Rashid but there are more serious issues among the top-order batsmen and 13-5 shots Pakistan have scope for improvement too.
