One-Day Cup: Surrey v Middlesex betting preview and tip
Batting depth can hand visitors the edge at the Oval
11am Thursday
Middlesex suffered their first defeat of this year's One-Day Cup against Hampshire last time out but they have put in solid performances at the crease in winning two of their opening three matches.
Even in defeat to the 2018 champions, six of Middlesex’s batsmen reached double figures and their strength in depth could see them over the line against Surrey.
Seven Middlesex players made 20 or more in their win over Essex before Steve Eskinazi and Nick Gubbins put on unbeaten totals of 107 and 98 respectively from number five and six against Gloucestershire.
It has been a contrasting start at the crease for Surrey, who registered their first win of the campaign against Essex last time out but were skittled out for 88 against Gloucestershire before a slender defeat to Sussex.
Recommendation
Middlesex
