Azhar Ali could star for Pakistan in decider

New Zealand shocked Pakistan in the first Test in Abu Dhabi but normal service was resumed in Dubai where spinner Yasir Shah claimed 14 wickets as the Kiwis slipped to an innings defeat.

Pakistan are missing injured seamer Mohammad Abbas, who has taken 61 wickets in his first 12 Tests, for the series decider in Abu Dhabi but they are still hot favourites at 8-13.

Azhar Ali averages more than 53 in Test matches in the UAE and he looked set for another massive score before being run out for 81 in the second Test.

The reliable number three top-scored with 65 in the second innings of the first Test and is worth backing to lead the way for Pakistan in the decider.
