Bangladesh beat Australia 4-1 in a home Twenty20 series in August but the eliminated Tigers have failed to match those standards at the T20 World Cup and they are 4-1 to upset the Aussies in Dubai.

Australia were missing several senior players for their tour of Bangladesh, where they floundered on spin-friendly pitches, and they made a promising start to the tournament, claiming a hard-fought win over South Africa before easing past Sri Lanka.

They took a hammering against England last time out, however, and cannot afford to slip up if they are to make the semi-finals.

Bangladesh's batsmen have struggled throughout the tournament and they are missing injured star Shakib Al Hasan so veteran Mahmudullah is worth backing to top-score.

His 52 against Australia in Dhaka was the highest score of the five-match series and he is just four runs behind the Tigers' leading runscorer at this tournament, Mohammad Naim.
