Sussex have certainly bought into the desire to ramp up the razzmatazz surrounding the T20 Blast by giving their derby with Hampshire the ElClasicoast hashtag.

And with the weather forecast for Hove set fair, the expectation is that two big-hitting line-ups put on a show like their 2015 battle at the ground. On that occasion, 404 runs were scored with 13 sixes and 40 fours slammed. Bet365 go 8-11 that there are ten or more maximums this time.

Both teams have begun the campaign with entertaining encounters against Glamorgan. Hampshire defended 167 in Cardiff on Friday night when Lewis McManus made a 35-ball 59, while the Sharks ended up 18 runs shy of the Dragons' 198 despite 101 from Luke Wright at Arundel on Sunday.

In 2015, Hampshire won by four runs at Hove and last year they sneaked home by one run in a low-scoring affair so it's tempting to back them again at 10-11. However, the 6-1 available about their Aussie ace George Bailey top-scoring looks cracking value.

Bailey played the anchor role at number four on Friday with 37 not out after hammering 161 in Hampshire's only innings in their Championship clash with Surrey at The Oval earlier in the week. His last 50-over knock for Hampshire was 145 not out.
