Tyson Fury v Tom Schwarz prediction, date, venue, time, odds & where to watch
Former champion back in the ring for first time since draw with Deontay Wilder
Where and when is the fight?
Tyson Fury returns to the ring for the first time since his controversial draw with Deontay Wilder to face Tom Schwarz at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Paradise, Nevada, United States. It's on Saturday June 15, or in the early hours of Sunday if you are in the UK or Ireland. The fighters are likely to enter the ring around 4am.
Where can you watch it?
It's pay-per-view - on BT Sport Box Office in the UK.
What are the odds?
Winner: 1-25 Fury, 16-1 Schwarz, 40-1 draw.
Method of victory: 1-2 Fury by KO, 15-8 Fury on points, 66-1 Schwarz on points, 22-1 Schwarz by KO.
*Best odds available on June 13, 2019
What titles are on the line?
The fight is billed as being for the lineal heavyweight title, an honorary title Fury still holds as he has not been beaten in the ring since winning it by beating Wladimir Klitschko. Rumours that the WBO title could be up for grabs (if Andy Ruiz jr was stripped of it for agreeing a rematch with Anthony Joshua instead of facing a mandatory challenger) have been quashed.
Who is Tom Schwarz?
Tom Schwarz is a 25-year-old unbeaten German, and while he has 24 victories as a professional on his record, those wins amount to very little in terms of substance.
Schwarz's triumph, via disqualification, against Senad Gashi is probably the best he has managed, but that was a scrappy, ill-tempered and pretty shabby fight for the six rounds it lasted. How he has managed to achieve an IBF ranking of eighth in the world and tenth with the IBO is anyone's guess.
The Halle puncher is tall at 6ft 5in but he is slow, lumbering, has little head movement and has to prove he carries the required conditioning and engine having never been past the tenth round in his professional career.

How can Schwarz hope to pull off a Ruiz-style upset?
Schwarz's best chance of emulating Andy Ruiz's stunning victory over Anthony Joshua, is likely to depend on Fury. If the Gypsy King takes Schwartz lightly in his preparation for the fight or his mentality in the ring it's possible that the German could take advantage.
Schwarz has tended to use his physical advantages to lean on, grab and dominate his opponents, and while that's going to be difficult to replicate that against the 6ft 9in Fury, perhaps the German can be hopeful of landing some big right hooks when he's on the inside.
Prediction
It's not hard to see why Fury is a 1-25 shot. While the Gypsy King isn't known for his one-punch knockout power, he is likely to find Schwarz an easy target to hit.
Fury is quick and slick and Schwarz doesn't possess the jab, boxing skills or movement to halt the former unified heavyweight world champion's relentless progress.
Schwarz is likely to be overwhelmed and out of his depth. Given that he is only 25, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the referee or his corner stepping in to stop Fury punching him around the ring for the full 12 rounds.
