Willie Mullins was among the final batch of trainers who this week picked out two horses from their stable for Racing Post members to stick in their horse tracker – and one in particular catches the eye.

Mullins has won all four runnings of the mares' novice hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and one of his two picks, Lamarckise, has been earmarked for the race this season.

Available at 7-1 for the March contest, the French recruit missed last season after a setback but is back on track according to the trainer, who said: "We think she'll be a Graded performer and, all being well, she'll be aimed at the mares' novice hurdle at Cheltenham in March."
