Monday

A low-key start to the week begins with afternoon all-weather action at Kempton and Wolverhampton.

Enola Grey has bumped into some useful sorts so far, including when third behind Sparkling Beauty at Glorious Goodwood last time out. Jonathan Portman's filly could get off the mark at Kempton (2.30), although course-and-distance winner Munch is feared.

There are also evening meetings at Ripon and Windsor with a seven-race jumps card at Ballinrobe completing the day's racing.

Tuesday

Lady Jane Grey made a winning debut at Lingfield on the turf in May and could make it 2-2 now switching to the track's Polytrack surface (2.00).

The other all-weather meeting comes from Chelmsford with turf action at Nottingham and Carlisle where Carnival Zain bids to complete a hat-trick for Micky Hammond (7.25).

Wednesday

The Listed Upavon Fillies' Stakes (3.30), won by star mare Alpinista in 2020, is the highlight of six races at Salisbury. It could be the final race of Rose Of Kildare's career with the mare in-foal to Kameko.

Charlie and Mark Johnston will hope that the five-year-old can make it third time lucky after two recent seconds for a perfect swansong.

There is also Listed action in Ireland in the form of Gowran Park's Irish Stallion Farms EBF Hurry Harriet Stakes (5.55). The Ger Lyons-trained Juncture is an eyecatching entry, having contested the 1,000 Guineas earlier this summer.

Yarmouth, Beverley, Ffos Las and Kempton complete the Wednesday line-up.

Thursday

The Group 3 Tattersalls Sovereign Stakes (4.15) headlines another decent card at Salisbury.

My Oberon was beaten by Chindit in the Summer Mile last time out, although a rematch may not materialise if Chindit takes up an alternative engagement at Newbury later on in the week.

Charlie Hills's Hunt Cup winner Dark Shift is an interesting prospect stepping into Group company for the first time.

Boundless Ocean could make it back-to-back Group 3 wins at Leopardstown if landing the Bahrain Turf Club Desmond Stakes (7.30) for Jim Bolger.

Irish Lincolnshire winner Raadobarg is entered for Johhny Murtagh on the seven-race card, which also includes the Listed Jockey Club of Turkey Vinnie Roe Stakes (8.00). An evening jumps meeting at Tramore completes the Irish line-up for the day.

Back in Britain, following afternoon meetings at Ffos Las and Beverley, the Racing League heads to Lingfield for week two of the team competition with London and the South leading the standings.

Friday

The BetVictor St Hugh's Stakes (3.10) kick-starts Newbury's high-quality two-day meeting. Union Court chased home The Platinum Queen at Glorious Goodwood and could bid to go one better in this Listed contest.

Queen Mary runner-up Maylandsea is an intended runner while it will be fascinating to see if Funny Story and Eternal Class can build on impressive debut wins should they take their place.

Paddy Twomey' star filly La Petite Coco is entered in the Group 3 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Give Thanks Stakes (7.40) at Cork. The Pretty Polly winner took this race last year during her rapid rise to the top level and would be bidding to complete a five-timer if defending her crown.

More Flat racing comes from Nottingham, Thirsk and Wolverhampton, while Newmarket will race in front of a sell-out crowd with DJ Pete Tong performing after racing.

Saturday

Newbury and the Curragh host multiple Group races with the BetVictor Hungerford Stakes (3.35) the highlight at the Berkshire venue.

Chindit and Order Of Australia have been bumping into Baaeed all summer and may thrive without the presence of the unbeaten Shadwell star. Double Or Bubble and Happy Romance could step up in trip having contested the the July Cup.

The feature £100,000 Group 2 event is preceded by the Listed Denford Stakes (1.55) and the Group 3 Geoffrey Freer Stakes (2.30).

At the Curragh, Hardwicke winner Broome is entered in the Fitzdares Royal Whip Stakes (3.30), while Princess Zoe could be another potential class-dropper in the Irish St Leger Trial (4.40), the other Group 3 on the card.

Other Flat meetings come from Doncaster, Newmarket, Ripon and Wolverhampton. After a 12-day break, jumps racing returns in Britain with an afternoon fixture at Perth and an evening card at Market Rasen. Tramore completed the action in Ireland.

Sunday

The Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville is the standout race of the day as Deauville's top-level racing in August continues. Palace Pier won the €1m Group 1 contest for John Gosden in 2020 and 2021.

The Newmarket trainer and son Thady could this time be represented by Inspiral, who will need to atone for a disappointing run in the Falmouth Stakes

Pontefract's Listed Flying Fillies' Stakes (3.00) is the feature of the domestic action with Chelmsford and Southwell also hosting all-weather meetings. The fourth and final day of Tramore's summer meeting is the only racing in Ireland.
