We're backing Blackmore! Gigginstown and De Bromhead pledge support
Rachael Blackmore has been promised Gigginstown's full backing for the rest of the season as she bids to become Ireland's first female champion jockey, with Eddie O'Leary hailing her the most professional jockey around.
Blackmore’s attempt to make history is looking more possible by the day as she retains an eight-winner lead over Paul Townend at the top of the table after four months of the campaign.
Kamil’s win at Ballinrobe on Tuesday was the Blackmore's 33rd of the campaign and her 12th for Gigginstown, and racing manager O’Leary has heaped praise on her ability and attitude, stressing she can be champion one day – if not this year, then in the not too distant future.
