Vaughan reflects on another success for his pride and joy

Jordan Vaughan, a pivotal figure in the inexorable rise of Sprint Cup winner Quiet Reflection, on Sunday reflected on her dominant success in the Group 1 at Haydock, which he witnessed from Kempton’s weighing room.

Apprentice rider Vaughan, who works for Quiet Reflection’s trainer Karl Burke in Middleham, has been at the star sprinter's side since she arrived at Burke’s yard and often leads her up at the races.

However, on Saturday Vaughan had to hand those responsibilities over as he travelled to Kempton to ride stablemate Georgian Bay, who finished a close second in the final of the London Mile Handicap series.
