The racing comes thick and fast today with 19 races between 12.45pm and 6pm. There are ten races at Newcastle and nine at Kempton on what will be a betting bonanza. Here trainers identify their best chance of a winner.

The two-year-old filly [Spirit Of Sisra] is ready to go and has been for some time and both the colts [Fools Rush In and Andronicus Beau] will be really nice horses, wherever they finish in what I'm sure will be very hot races. Of the two older horses with proven form, I'd say Jackstar(12.45) probably has the best chance. He won well the time before last.

It looks quite a hot race but I hope the two-year-old colts go very well. We have Host and Kool Moe Dee in the 2.45 at Kempton – I'm happy with them and hopefully they can show their form.

We nominated Isle Of Lismore as one of our best in the sprint division at this stage. He’s quite a big, burly horse. He’s not a miniature rabbit, he’s got a bit of size and scope about him. He’s done a lot of work and knows his job and I'm sure it will be a fascinating heat at Newcastle (3.40).

They're all ready to run. They're well schooled and we'll be scratching our heads if they don't run well. I quite like the Siyouni colt, Victory Heights at Newcastle (3.40). He's not the prettiest, we joked about him a little bit when Saeed bought him as a yearling, but he has a lovely temperament and has been working nicely. The other two fillies have done loads of work and are ready to run.

Moll Davis is a filly I love and she hasn’t done much wrong. Things could have ended up very differently for her last season with a bit more luck. I’d expect her to run very well at Newcastle (6.00). Hopefully this could be a stepping stone to potentially running against her own sex in stakes company when the rain comes later in the year.
