Tonight's racing: three runners who catch the eye at Wolverhampton

After a ferocious day of competitive racing, Wolverhampton hosts an interesting card tonight. Here are three runners to note . . .

False Id
6.45 Wolverhampton

A winner over seven furlongs at Newcastle on Wednesday, David Loughnane will be hoping this five-year-old can follow up tonight. A course-and-distance winner, he stayed on well last time and can be given a chance under his 6lb penalty.

Documenting
7.15 Wolverhampton

Having won at this venue in highly impressive style in July, Documenting returns to Wolverhampton. A four and a half length winner then, he has not quite built on that form in four runs since but can make an impact back at this track.

Sea The Sunrise
8.45 Wolverhampton

This daughter of Sea The Stars makes her handicap debut after three efforts in maiden and novice company. She comes from a very good family but has not quite delivered yet. Her opening mark of 54 should be manageable and Fran Berry is a good jockey booking.
