Keith Donoghue, the man who knows Tiger Roll better than anyone else, believes the dual Grand National hero will be back to himself come the spring and is already looking forward to trying to win at a third Cheltenham Festival on the trot.

The racing world was rocked by news of a setback to the most popular horse in training on Thursday night, with Eddie O'Leary revealing to the Racing Post that the nine-year-old was going to have a small chip taken out of a joint on Friday.

Donoghue, who had ridden Tiger Roll in work earlier this week, is not overly concerned by the setback, and expects him to make a full recovery.
