Much like the stewards’ inquiry verdict that delayed confirmation of a result that saw Noel Meade finally add the Guinness Kerry National to his list of big-race successes, the thrilling triumph was an overdue happy outcome for Snow Falcon and rider Jonathan Moore.

Turn the clock back three years to November 1, 2015 and the future looked particularly bright for horse and rider.

That day, Moore rode a first winner for Meade when guiding Tulsa Jack to an emphatic 12-length triumph in the Cork Grand National.
