Oisin Murphy advised punters not to overlook Chrono Genesis in next Sunday's Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe as he explained the deliberate plan to swerve a prep run and keep the Japanese-trained contender fresh.

The 98-day gap between Chrono Genesis's last run and the Arc would be a modern-day record for a winner in the race.
