The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Sunday
GOOD THING
The two three-year-olds receive a hefty 15lb weight-for-age allowance in this 2m handicap and look likely to dominate the finish, with Jim Bolger's Trossachs the far more solid option as he bids for a four-timer. A son of New Approach, Trossachs look four attempts to win his maiden, where he got the better of 14 rivals at Limerick in mid June, but has progressed no end since and is unbeaten in two starts in handicap company. He has won by whopping margins on both occasions and although he's 21lb higher in the weights than two starts ago, his progressive RPRs suggest he's still well in. He is also open to another jolt of improvement now stepping up three furlongs in trip.
